What kind of hair products should I use? Gel, hair spray?

Sorry, I couldn't find any more pictures, I'll try to find more and add them if I can.

I want it to look perky and wispy.

I want the base of the ponytail to sort of stick out instead of just flopping down.

ummmm, its really cuteee!! i would put in a volume mousse or spritz and blow dryy it w/ a brush away from you head and maybe upside down then straighten it and put it in a ponytail without using a brush. just flip ur head and do ur ponytail upside down like u would a messy bun but just do it like a ponytail instead. it mite work! its worth a shot!! =^)

I'd try gels or spays but you should have layered short hair to do it.

Use a real thick waxy type of hair product and run it through to give it a textured look and then i would pulll it up loosely and bruch my bangs back and spray my whole head with hairspray! hope this helps! =) -LeaH
