How can celebrities go out in public with sweat pants messy hair and still look gorgous? What makes them do this?

It is because of who they are. They could wear a paper bag on there head but because they are example Will Smith they look good. Plus they are rich enouhg to have people whith them all the time to put on makeup or do there hair or many other things.
