The easiest way to do it is put it in 1.5 inch curlers or use a 1.5 inch curling iron. wrap the hair.. let it sit or curl each piece... then when you;re done and free of curlers you play with the strands. the best way to get that particular look is to toss your head toward p trail your fingers through your hair breaking curls and then toss it back and fix certain sections if you want it super neat. It's basically whats called a " flat curl" its what happens when the curls start to loose their life. It's a very hot and popular style now.

after u get out of the shower dont brush or comb your hair at all. put in some leave in conditoner semi blow dry it not till its fully dry tho.. take some mousse and scrunch some in. not too much do in little bits at a time.

damp your hair a bit... put on curl enhancer and braid it firmly but don't do it too tout... secure with elastic band. do 5 or 6 braids per hair. put on shower cap and sleep. you will get that hair the next morning...

You could try to straighten your hair first, then use a large barreled curling iron, ignoring your bangs (or really fat foam curlers, and sleep in them), then use a wide-toothed comb (not a brush!) to seperate them. You can brush out the hair in the back a little flatter, but be careful - hair tends to poof that way, unless it's really healthy!

If your hair is dry, make sure when you wash your hair you use a moisturizing conditioner (wash out only), and leave it in at least three minutes longer than the bottle says you have to (so, leave in 60 seconds then rinse turns into four minutes), washing the tips out last. If your hair isn't shiney enough, and you don't have a special shampoo for that, spray a little bit of static cling remover on your comb, and comb it through, or put two or three DROPS of baby oil in your palms, and run it over your hair, ponytail base down only.

Drink LOTS of water!!! It keeps the hair hydrated, and you'll be less frizzy!

I don't know how long the curly waves will last on you. Depending on the humidty, mine could be silky smooth all day or a giant ball of frizz within seconds Air drying on naturally curly hair, combing it out while still we first, results in waves.

If all else fails, put your hair into a twisted braid (twist each strand before braiding), and sleep on it!

if your hair is curly.. blow it, then straighten it with a flat iron.

then apply some cream to enhance curls

then wrap random sized sections of ur hair with a 1" curler and hold the curl for 3 seconds and let it go. slide ur fingers down each curl and spray it with a hairspray to light hold the curls.

ignore the straightening steps, if your hair is straight.

Ok, professional hairdresser here. I looked at all of them, Reese, jennifer Love was it ? Aniston and another.....problem is...they are all the same. Being petite I would suggest something a bit shorter just because too much length with make you look shorter, keeping it more at the shoulders will proportion you out better. Think of something a little more layered, kinda flippy, whispy, not so flat and well, kinda boring. All those actresses are gorgeous and can shave their heads bald and still be beautiful.....a boring style doesn't hurt them. Be bold and sassy ! Go for it !

yes you can. i have my hair done by dorothy hammond she is an intinational renowned hair dresser and has worked with the top hairdressers and been in major magazines and she is very good priced it only costs me 40 pounds for my hair to be done lol. a celebrity makeup artist will cost you anything from 500 quid to over 2000 but there are alot of makeup artists out there who have trained with the bests then opened their own businesses up my mum is one of these people she trained with ruby hammer one of the biggest in the country and now my mum has done shoots for vogue magazine as she works for my hairdresser in her spare time. my advice is get a name of the person you want to work on you and go onto yell.com and type it the name their address and phone number should pop up. if you live near sheffield though i would defitnlly recommend dorothy hammond her shop is called hair by hammonds and she will get you intouch with my mum if you wanted all the bestxxxx

The easiest way to do it is put it in 1.5 inch curlers or use a 1.5 inch curling iron. wrap the hair.. let it sit or curl each piece... then when you;re done and free of curlers you play with the strands. the best way to get that particular look is to toss your head toward p trail your fingers through your hair breaking curls and then toss it back and fix certain sections if you want it super neat. It's basically whats called a " flat curl" its what happens when the curls start to loose their life. It's a very hot and popular style now.

You could try to straighten your hair first, then use a large barreled curling iron, ignoring your bangs (or really fat foam curlers, and sleep in them), then use a wide-toothed comb (not a brush!) to seperate them. If your hair is dry, make sure when you wash your hair you use a moisturizing conditioner (wash out only), and leave it in at least three minutes longer than the bottle says you have to (so, leave in 60 seconds then rinse turns into four minutes), washing the tips out last. If your hair isn't shiney enough, and you don't have a special shampoo for that, spray a little bit of static cling remover on your comb, and comb it through, or put two or three DROPS of baby oil in your palms, and run it over your hair, ponytail base down only.

Drink LOTS of water!!! It keeps the hair hydrated, and you'll be less frizzy!

I don't know how long the curly waves will last on you. Depending on the humidty, mine could be silky smooth all day or a giant ball of frizz within seconds Air drying on naturally curly hair, combing it out while still we first, results in waves.

If all else fails, put your hair into a twisted braid (twist each strand before braiding), and sleep on it!

then apply some cream to enhance curls

then wrap random sized sections of ur hair with a 1" curler and hold the curl for 3 seconds and let it go. slide ur fingers down each curl and spray it with a hairspray to light hold the curls.

ignore the straightening steps, if your hair is straight.

Numerous ways you can achieve this. after taking a shower you could take a chunk of your hair and roll it up (not to be confused with twisting) like a hose and use some type of cloth or bobby pins to tie it off or keep it in place. repeatedly do this all over making sure to roll opposite ways to achieve a "wavy look" or you can get some cream meant for curly hair and defuse your hair (you can get a defuser attachment for your blow dryer) Put the dryer underneath your hair at the ends and lightly push the dryer up into your hair and away from it while you are scrunching your hair at the same time. to achieve the "separated" look you should put moose or molding cream on the ends of your hair causing it to separate into small chunks, make sure not to overdo it.

it's layered and thinned out at the ends. thinning is done with a razor. but you just have to tell the hairdresser you want it layered and thinned at the ends. it does help to a certain extent if you bring the picture along just for something more visual that the hairdresser can refer to rather than her imagination!

it's actually quite simple. I think more kindergarteners got it because they think so simply and innocently, so they get it, but college students because they're eduacated have to break it down, do all that research and just don't see the simplicity of it. It's easier if you fill in the blanks, like (blank) is greater than god, (blank) is more evil than the devil.

Everything I can think of (Time, Water, Snow, Pressure) works for some, but nothing really works for EVERYTHING the riddle says. (And for some of my answers to work, it'd really be a stretch.)

Since the actual question that the riddle asks is "Can you guess the riddle?", could it be something as simple as just saying "No, I can't?"

(And, of course, that's just assuming we get credit for a "correct" answer...I guess technically you could answer anything...doesn't say it has to be correct.)

yes you can. i have my hair done by dorothy hammond she is an intinational renowned hair dresser and has worked with the top hairdressers and been in major magazines and she is very good priced it only costs me 40 pounds for my hair to be done lol. a celebrity makeup artist will cost you anything from 500 quid to over 2000 but there are alot of makeup artists out there who have trained with the bests then opened their own businesses up my mum is one of these people she trained with ruby hammer one of the biggest in the country and now my mum has done shoots for vogue magazine as she works for my hairdresser in her spare time. my advice is get a name of the person you want to work on you and go onto yell.com and type it the name their address and phone number should pop up. if you live near sheffield though i would defitnlly recommend dorothy hammond her shop is called hair by hammonds and she will get you intouch with my mum if you wanted all the bestxxxx
