My guess is baking soda.

1) It's a cleaning solution when mixed with water.

2) Rub it in your eye definitely makes you cry

3) Drinking it makes you pee - not sure

4) Some used it to clean their hair, it looks puffy after blowing dry.

5) Used in bakery to raising dough

6) Bubble when mixed with champane cause it's sodium carbonate

7) Compress water with baking soda it pops
